All Muss financial aid recipients will be required to participate in future recruitment efforts and Dream Israel.

Save up to $3,000 off your teen's summer program with available RootOne Vouchers. RootOne LLC is seeded through a generous grant by The Marcus Foundation and powered by The Jewish Education Project.

To apply for a voucher, participants must be a current 9th, 10th, or 11th grade Jewish teen, may not currently attend an Orthodox Jewish Day School, must self-identify as Jewish, must reside in the United States or Canada, and must not have received a previous RootOne voucher. There are no exceptions to these criteria.

Mosaic United Grant Teen Volunteer Mission

Teen Volunteer in Israel Missions are run in cooperation with Mosaic United and the Ministry of Diaspora Affairs and Combating Antisemitism. 



Regional Scholarships

Your local Muss Representative can help secure funding from local Federations, synagogues, and the like. Additionally, nearly 70 regional scholarships are available. See the full list here.


Payment Plan

Payment in full is required 45 days prior to departure. While there is no official Muss payment plan for the balance of the tuition, we are happy to receive a series of payments from families who would prefer to break down and spread out financial disbursements prior to the date due.


Plant Your Way to Israel

Students can raise funds through Jewish National Fund-USA’s Plant Your Way program. This crowd-funding platform was designed for individuals, under the age of 30, planning to go to Israel. Fifty percent of all funds raised will be available for contribution to your Muss tuition fees. The other 50% of earnings will be directed to Jewish National Fund. Get started today!

Tuition & Payments

tuition@3x@2xThe Muss tuition fees cover the academic program, field trips, entrance fees, ground transportation, room and board, basic medical insurance, campus service fees, on-campus health care, internet access, student dorm activities, and laundry services.


  • All programs require a $250 non-refundable registration fee.
  • There is a 3.0% credit card convenience fee for all transactions.
  • Domestic and international airfare between the United States and Israel is not included in the price of the program. All participants are required to take one of our chaperoned group flights on the way to and from Israel and the United States. 

 

School Year Program Payments

  • A $2000 deposit must be made twelve months prior to departure to confirm early bird rate. 
  • A $2,500 tuition deposit is required upon acceptance to hold the student's spot on the program.
  • Early bird offers are eligible up to 12 months prior to a program's start date.
  • All tuition payments are non-refundable. 

 

Summer Program Payments

  • Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to trip departure date.

 

Tuition discounts are available for children of alumni, siblings of alumni and Jewish Communal Professionals. These grants may not be combined with other discounts or offers and students must participate in Dream Israel to qualify.
