A Week of Preparations
In the passing shadow of Yam L'Yam, we spent time recharging our batteries and getting ready for our upcoming tiyulim. We prepared to head to Jerusalem for part of day one and before making the journey south to Ein Gedi. We got to experience an early morning ascent up the plateau of Masada, and later in the afternoon headed to the Dead Sea for some nice relaxation and a refreshing cool from the desert sun. On another note, this week has been our longest stretch of General Studies classes, testing the capabilities of students and leading to unplanned naps. Although the work can be challenging, spirits are high as we are all looking forward to celebrating the upcoming holidays in Israel, and all the adventures, and memories they will bring.
